Tim Buchanan has been in the pastorate for over 20 years and has specialized in
planting churches and developing leaders. His passion is helping
others, especially pastors, learn how to lead effectively and in a God
glorifying way. Much of the material he uses is derived from his
extensive writing and research in the area of leadership. He also is
affiliate faculty at a major university in the Denver area teaching
leadership and communications to graduate students. He and his wife,
Pam, have been married for over 30 years and have two adult children
